Meet the Doctors

Dr. Jenny Kopp
Dr. Jenny Kopp
Dr. Jenny Kopp received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University. She earned her D.D.S. degree from the University of Illinois in 1989 and her specialty certificate in Endodontics at Northwestern University in 1991. Also, at Northwestern, she did her master’s thesis on Vertical Root Fractures. Dr. Jenny Kopp is a Diplomate of the American Board ofEndodontics. Dr. Jenny Kopp started practicing Endodontics in 1991.

Dr. Kopp enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. Besides attending her children’s activities, Dr. Kopp loves to read and work out in her spare time.

Dr. Kopp is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, American Association of Endodontics, American Board of Endodontics for Diplomates and the Edgar D. Coolidge Endodontics Study Club.
Dr. Brian Wardell
Dr. Brian Wardell
Dr. Brian Wardell received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in 1998 and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville in 2002 where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. After dental school Dr. Wardell completed a one year General Practice Residency at Great Lakes Naval Hospital. He then served an additional three years as a dentist in the United States Navy working primarily in the endodontic clinic. Dr. Wardell completed his Endodontic Certification from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2008.

Dr. Wardell is a native of the Chicagoland area. He grew up in Bellwood and attended Proviso West High School where he excelled in academics and also played baseball, basketball, and golf. He moved with his family to Wheaton during his senior year of high school and currently continues to call Wheaton home. Dr. Wardell is married and has two children who occupy much of his time when he is away from work. In addition to spending time with his family, Dr. Wardell is a huge Chicago sports fan with his favorite teams being the Cubs and Blackhawks.

Dr. Wardell is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society and an elected member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Bruna Burgener
Dr. Bruna Burgener
Dr. Bruna Burgener received her DDS degree from Columbia University in New York in 2005 where she was elected a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. Following her studies at Columbia, she completed a one year general practice residency at New York Methodist Hospital where she managed medically complex patients and handled numerous cases involved head and neck trauma. After working in private practice in New York City, Dr. Burgener moved to Chicago, where she completed her Endodontic Certification at University of Illinois at Chicago. During her post-graduate training, Dr. Burgener focused her research on biological markers for the diagnosis of Chronic Apical Periodontitis. Dr. Burgener enjoys spending her free time exploring Chicago with her husband Darren and baby boy, Eric.
Dr. Burgener is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, American Association of Endodontics and the Edgar D. Coolidge Endodontics Study Club.
Debra
Debra Biehl - Office Manager
Debra Biehl is Premier Endodontics Office Manager. She is available to assist and or /direct any situations concerning the logistics of Premier, particularly:
  • Practice Operations
  • Billing Management
  • Staffing
  • Scheduling
Debra also oversees the day to day operational duties of Premier Endodontics, utilizing her experience in the field of dentistry.
