Financial Information

We are committed in providing our patients with the highest dental care available. As a courtesy to our patients we offer several different payment options and we are also providers of several insurance companies.
Our fees accurately represent the quality and the expertise of the specialty work we provide. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Care Credit . We offer a 5% discount if a patient pays in full with cash or check on the day of the procedure.
Our office staff is more than happy to discuss our office policies. We will explain how your insurance coverage or Care Credit work and help our patients find the most comfortable financial plan for their needs.
Most dental insurance companies are not designed to pay for the entire cost of the dental procedure. Most dental insurance plans provide some coverage for root canal therapy and the patient is responsible for any balance not covered by the insurance company.
We are currently providers of Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, MetLife, Cigna, Guardian, United Health Care, Aetna, Unicare and Delta Dental Premier. However, we work with all insurance companies and will gladly process the claim for all of our patients. As a courtesy we will also file with a secondary insurance for our patients. After the insurance company responds to our claim we will either bill a balance due or refund an overpayment to the patient.
Time set aside for our patients is very important to us. We ask for a 24 hour notice of cancellation if it is absolutely needed. Due to the nature of our business, patients come to us on an emergency basis so appointments are critical. Minors should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on the first appointment.
